Getting Paid
Updated over a year ago

At Mercantive, we’ve streamlined the payout process to ensure that you receive your earnings smoothly and efficiently.

Payout Method

We use Stripe as our payout provider, and currently, it is the only supported method for receiving payments. To get paid, you will need to set up and connect a Stripe account. Please note that if your country is not supported by Stripe, we unfortunately do not have an alternative method to pay you at this time.

Minimum Payout Threshold

There is a minimum payout threshold of $50. If your earnings are below this amount, your payout will be rolled over to the next payout cycle until your balance meets or exceeds the minimum threshold.

Currency and Payouts

While your store may display prices in a different currency, all charges to your customers are made in the equivalent amount in USD. Payouts are always made in US dollars. Stripe will convert your earnings to your default currency based on their current exchange rates.

Deductions and Fees

Before receiving your payout, Mercantive's fees, payment processing fees, and applicable taxes will be deducted. For more information, please refer to the "Fees" section. Sellers will receive their net sales twice a month according to our payout schedule. Additionally, a payout fee will apply depending on your country.

Payout Schedule

Payouts are made on the 5th and 20th of each month. Net sales are held for 7 days before becoming available for payout, ensuring that all transactions are processed and verified before disbursement. Please note that there is no option to customize the payout schedule or skip a payout; if your balance exceeds the minimum threshold, payouts will be made automatically.
